With hundreds of move in and move out cleanings under our belts, we’ve seen it all and learned exactly what makes the process smooth, stress free, and spotless. Follow these pro tips to make your move seamless!
To get the best results, make sure other services like movers, carpet cleaners, or plumbers aren’t working at the same time as your cleaning. It’s hard to clean around moving boxes or contractors, and everyone works better with a little space.
Cleaning should happen after everything else is done. Why? Because deposits, appearances, and overall quality can be affected if dust, dirt, or paint is tracked in after cleaning.
Ideal Move-Out Schedule:
Waiting around in an empty house is no one’s idea of fun. Leave a key in a safe spot under the mat, in a lockbox, or the mailbox so we can start promptly. This saves time and stress during your move.
Cleaning without water or electricity isn’t possible. Double check your utilities are on at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to give the utility company time to activate.
Important: If utilities aren’t working when we arrive, the service will need to be rescheduled, which may include a cancellation fee.

We don’t carry equipment and aren’t insured for cleaning the outside windows. If there’s dirt or grime on the outside it may leave the inside windows looking dirty after we’ve left. We don’t carry equipment for steam cleaning or carpet stain removal. For serious carpet stains or if you’re in need of a steam cleaning, please contact a carpet cleaning specialist. If you’re looking for a referral, we’d be happy to provide one!
